The Role
To oversee the housekeeping operations and assist the Housekeeping Manager. The Deputy Housekeeping Manager will ensure our guests feel like they are our extended family. They will assist with making The Fellows House glisten while allowing the team to display their existing talents and embrace new skill sets.
Key Responsibilities
- Speak with the team to discuss their day’s duties.
- Complete work allocation reports.
- Check Front of House areas against set quality criteria.
- Ensure arrival bedrooms are set and ready for our guests.
- Train current and new team members to promote self-growth.
- Discuss and bring alive The Fellows House Values.
- Report any concerns and work to resolve matters efficiently.
Requirements
- UK citizen or valid work permit.
- Previous experience in leadership and hospitality.
