The FA seeks a Women's National League Designated Safeguarding Officer to lead safeguarding policy and practice across the WNL, driving continuous improvement and ensuring welfare standards across the game. You will work with clubs, County FAs and The FA Safeguarding team to shape culture, manage concerns, and embed compliance throughout women’s football.
The role involves national travel, typically one or two days per week, with a hybrid working model and competitive benefits.
