THE ROLE
In this role, you will work directly with our SEO Manager and closely with our digital marketing teams. You will support the delivery of data‑driven SEO and digital PR activities, whilst also supporting more general digital marketing tasks when required. Our campaigns cover a range of industries and operate on both local and global levels, spanning multiple languages and markets.

THE DAY‑TO‑DAY
- Support the SEO Manager and Digital Marketing Managers in executing SEO, digital PR and digital marketing activities.
- Assist with on‑page and off‑page SEO tasks, including keyword research, content optimisation and link building.
- Create, maintain and update marketing performance reports, tracking organic search performance and digital marketing campaign insights.
- Implement adjustments to SEO campaigns to improve performance and ROI.
- Edit and optimise written assets to align with SEO and brand guidelines.
- Take comprehensive notes during client meetings, build action lists and maintain accurate task tracking.
- Manage SEO tasks and ensure they are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Conduct A/B testing.
ABOUT YOU
- A passion for digital marketing and a keen interest in SEO and search engine marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with creativity and attention to detail in campaign creation and content development.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proactive, curious, and adaptable, with a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing and SEO trends.
DESIRABLES
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Looker Studio.
- Experience with Google Search Console & SEO tools (e.g. Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- CMS platform experience (e.g. WordPress).
- Experience with Google Sheets and Google Docs.
- An understanding of digital PR.
- Ability to use different CMS platforms, i.e. WordPress.
THE PERKS
Hybrid Working: work in the office when you want, but work remotely when it’s more productive. All we ask in return is for you to be in the office at least 2 days a month and when required for client face‑to‑face meetings.
Flexitime: Start between 08:00 to 09:00 and finish between 16:30 to 17:30; for an early dart on a Friday this is 16:00 to 17:00!
Annual Leave: 31 days including bank holidays and Christmas, plus your birthday off after 1 year’s service and an additional day’s holiday for every year you’re part of our team, up to an additional 20 days!
