Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital strategies aligned with clients’ marketing objectives.
- Lead campaign management across Paid Media, SEO, Social Media, and Email Marketing.
- Collaborate with Senior Digital Marketing Managers to set clear goals and define KPIs.
- Optimize client accounts using data‑driven insights and analytical tools.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and planners, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
- Produce insightful reports and creative assets (social media posts, email mailers, videos).
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, passing on knowledge and supporting growth.
- Stay current on digital marketing trends and bring innovative ideas to clients.
- Build business cases for new projects to contribute to company growth.
Qualifications
- At least four years of experience managing multichannel digital campaigns (SEO/PPC, paid social, video, content).
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal, for stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep knowledge of PPC, SEM, SEO, CRO, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
- Proven project management skills and success in a digital or creative marketing agency environment.
- Experience in managing people and partnerships, coaching junior staff.
- Hands‑on experience planning, production, and promotion of client campaigns.
- Excellent ability to translate briefs into creative ideas and moments that delight clients.
- Highly organized, with great written and verbal communication and a love of people.
- Strong presenter, confident in virtual and in‑person meetings.
Desirables
- Background in property marketing (PBSA, Property Development, BTR) is desirable.
- Experience setting up conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, GAds, Facebook, TikTok).
- Ability to build and analyse Looker Studio reports.
- Experience with WordPress and other CMS systems.
- Additional design skills (InDesign, Photoshop).
- Copywriting and cross‑channel content skills.
- Certifications: Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.
- Experience with project management tools (Trello, etc.).
