Responsibilities & Requirements
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to plan and execute menu items, ensuring consistency and quality
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Supervise and lead kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in the kitchen
- Assist in menu development, taking into consideration culinary trends and guest preferences
- Manage inventory, control costs, and ensure efficient use of resources
- Participate in the hiring and onboarding of kitchen staff
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the kitchen team
- Previous experience in a similar high-end restaurant as a Sous Chef
- Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends and public holidays
- You have your UK Visa / Work Permit to work in London
- Excellent communication skills
