The Job Our bartenders are hardworking, dedicated and strive to deliver the superior level of customer service that we are known for. Our teams have bags of personality and are confident working in a fast pace environment whilst maintaining THE ENTOURAGE GROUP’s high standards. Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a bar. This experience can be gained through entry-level positions such as barback, or through formal bartending training programs.
- Deep understanding of different types of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and glassware, as well as how to properly prepare and serve various types of drinks.
- Friendly, personable, and able to engage with customers in a positive and professional manner.
- Bartenders must be able to work efficiently and remain calm in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Bartenders must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, other staff members, and management.
- Living in London (flexible with commuting).
- You have your UK Visa / Work Permit to work in London.
