Due to a recent internal promotion, an opportunity has arisen for a suitably experienced individual to join The Education Alliance's School Support Team in an integral role. The Office Manager will actively support the work of the Executive Leadership Team and School Improvement Team, providing high level, confidential support and advice on complex and sensitive issues, demonstrating loyalty, professionalism and high standards of integrity and confidentiality within the schools, the Trust and the wider community.
The post holder will also liaise with a range of stakeholders and manage the administrative team, ensuring administrative support is a responsive, customer-driven, high-quality service. The role will be based at our Teacher Development Centre in Melton; however, you may be required to travel to other TEAL schools to provide support as required.
This is a permanent position working up to 37 hours per week, term time only, with the requirement to work an additional 74 hours during school closure periods. We also welcome applications from those seeking part-time or flexible working hours. The actual annual salary upon appointment with TEAL will be £32,466 per annum.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for a candidate with extensive experience in an administrative role, ideally gained within an education setting. Our ideal candidate will be deeply committed to the values in our ethical behaviour charter as outlined in the Job Description.
