The predicted salary is between 22700 - 32700 £ per year.

An opportunity has arisen to join the team at TEAL as an IT Technician who will work as part of TEAL’s school support team providing a first line support help-desk function and on occasions provide second line support where appropriate.

The successful applicant will be expected to take a lead on managing the schools’ IT requirements and ensuring the service level agreement is upheld.

The role will be based at Driffield School and Sixth Form, however you will be required to travel to other sites to provide support as required.

This is a permanent position working up to 37 hours per week, however we are happy to consider applications on a part-time and/or term-time basis.

The actual annual salary upon appointment with TEAL will be £27,269 per annum year-round.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for an individual who hasprevious IT support experience, preferably in an Education setting. The successful postholder will be required to reliably commute between multiple sites in order to provide support via our traded service agreements.

Your knowledge, skills and experience:

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows Server 2012 R2+ through to Windows Server 2019
  • Working experience of networking hardware configuration and network deployment applications such as SCCM, InTune, Google Admin Console and MDM solutions.
  • Multi-domain-single tenant office365 management
  • Backup infrastructure technologies, NAS, Replication Hosts, Veeam and BaaS.
