We are a small food pub in Lees, Oldham. We require an experienced pub cook to work to specification on a part-time basis.
Tasks:
- We have a clean as you go policy, so as you will be cooking, we clean everything as we work.
- We can have quiet moments, which gives time to keep on top of all cleaning duties.
- We need someone who can follow the spec book and cook and present as shown in the book.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a commercial kitchen.
- Food safety certifications.
- Knowledge of allergens; if you don’t have all certifications, I can guide you through your online training to gain the others you will require.
Benefits:
