Borde Hill (BH) is a registered charity and a Grade II* listed English Heritage Garden set within 380 acres of parkland and woodland in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Created in the early 1900’s with plants gathered by the great plant hunters from their travels to the Himalayas, China, Burma, Tasmania and the Andes, the garden contains 72 champion trees and over 8,000 trees and shrubs listed by the Royal Botanic Gardens Kew. The Garden welcomes 70,000 visitors each season.
The role involves the implementation of accurate financial processes and reporting. The candidate will need to be able to use their own initiative, have excellent time management and organisational skills on a day-to-day basis, with a focus on improvement.
Reporting to the Executive Manager, the candidate will oversee budgets across the various Borde Hill companies and be responsible for the financial processes and reporting for all Borde Hill companies, supporting the Executive Manager and Directors.

- Salary: £16-19 per hour depending on experience
- Part time – 24 hours per week over 4 days
