Located in Marylebone, the flagship Niwaki store is looking to recruit an Assistant Manager to provide a key supporting role to the Niwaki Store Manager in the heart of Chiltern Street, London. The role involves making sure customers receive impeccable service, the products are beautifully presented, and the store is run like a well-oiled machine. The role is primarily based at the Chiltern Street store (W1U 7QL), but also includes occasional opportunities to be involved in pop-ups and events.
The candidate will have experience in retail, an exemplary approach to customer service, and an interest in Japanese culture. You will be well-presented, positive, and proactive with some supervisory or management experience.
