London’s oldest garden centre is looking to recruit a retail leader to take management responsibility for the outdoor retail areas and shops at Clifton Nurseries in Little Venice, London. Clifton London is a historic, hidden oasis in the heart of Maida Vale, inspiring gardeners in the capital since 1851. Home to picturesque glass houses, the nursery offers a rich profusion of plants, flowers, trees and accessories.

The company is looking for an energetic, self-motivated, experienced and inspiring retailer with an eye for detail, and a proven track record for delivering positive results and championing market-leading customer experience standards.

Reporting to the Commercial and Buying Manager, the candidate will be able to demonstrate commercial flair and confidence and have a good understanding of the current retail market, and consumer trends.

The remuneration package will include everything necessary to attract the ideal candidate including an attractive base salary, bonus potential and pension contributions.
