What you’ll bring
- Experience leading PMO within large-scale Finance Transformation programmes
- Excellent understanding of ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Experience supporting Target Operating Model design and rollout
- Depth in governance, planning, risk management, and financial oversight
- Advanced skills in tools such as MS Project and Power BI
- A track record of bringing together cross-functional teams and managing complex dependencies
- Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and delivering clear, impactful reporting
Additional experience that would add value
- Exposure to agile or hybrid delivery environments
- Understanding of finance processes and operations
- Programme or project management certifications (PMP, MSP, PRINCE2 or equivalent)
What you’ll be doing
- Designing and embedding a PMO framework that drives consistency, visibility, and control
- Creating integrated programme plans that align ERP and operating model workstreams
- Providing delivery assurance by actively managing risks, issues, dependencies, and timelines
- Leading financial oversight, including budget tracking, forecasting, and benefits realisation
- Producing executive-level insights, dashboards, and reporting to support decision-making
- Coordinating resources across internal teams and external delivery partners
- Setting quality standards and enabling assurance across all programme outputs
