Location Daventry HQ Working Schedule (days and horrs) Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm Responsibilities Gathering and collating information from lenders, agents and lawyers Creating sale contract packs Dealing with administrative tasks and distributing incoming emails Answering incoming calls Ensuring daily tasks are met and working within a team Communicating and building relationships with legal teams and third parties in a professional manner Providing excellent customer service About you Passionate about delivering a good service.
Computer literate (Microsoft Word/Excel/Office).
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Able to manage your time and workload and have good levels of literacy and numeracy.
You thrive working in dynamic and busy environments, this is not a sleepy back office role.
