  • Proven experience handling leasehold conveyancing matters
  • Good working knowledge of Land Registry processes and title documentation
  • Strong client care skills – we strive to communicate complex legal information clearly
  • Ability to manage and prioritise a caseload and meet deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and a risk-aware approach to work
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office and case management systems
