This is a temporary fixed term appointment until 31 August 2027 in the first instance.The candidate must have experience of working across the primary phase, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with all stake-holders. Our school requires the candidate to be flexible, creative and have a sound knowledge of behaviour management strategies, including responding at an early level of difficulty. The candidate will be required to work well in an established team, working reflectively on a daily basis to modify and adapt practice according to pupils’ needs.Salary: Grade 6, Point 14 29,540 - Point 19 £32,061 pro rata for 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm, term time plus 5 training days (39 weeks per year).
