The Change Partners are currently working with a tier-1 consumer electronics brand who are investing heavily in to their Wallet proposition, now hiring a Product & Propositions Manage within the Wallet team.

The Product & Propositions Manage will focus on delivering the Wallet product and proposition to the UK market, from product launch, GTM and prop development with reporting, working with key partners.

This role will:

  • Develop and implement the Wallet proposition and roadmap within the UK.

  • Lead Wallet partner relationships to maintain and increase revenue share of business.

  • Develop and support on deal and contract negotiations with key partners.

  • P&L management and optimisation.

  • Product launch and go to market (GTM) development.

  • Competitor analysis of the wallet market.

  • Plan for new launches and execution of HQ strategy.

  • Influence stakeholders across HQ.

  • Forecasting and KPI metric management.

  • Partner with technical specialists to improve user experiences, woking with UX/UI.

  • At least 5 years experience within Payments, Banking or similar.

  • Strong experience of Digital Wallets as a product (eCommerce Wallet, Debit or Credit card products, co-brand or similar).

  • Solid expertise within product, propositions and GTM within a payments environment.

  • Experience working with technical teams to improve product usability and UX.

  • Ability to work in large, complex and multi-matrix corporate environments.
