At The Castle School, you’ll join a close, caring team committed to creating student‑centred, therapeutic learning environments. You will design and deliver a vibrant, engaging curriculum that meets the individual needs of each learner, ensuring every young person receives the support and challenge they need to succeed. The core purpose of the role will be to:
- Plan and deliver person centred learning for students with a variety of individual needs.
- Monitor and review student progress and social and emotional development.
- Be part of a positive and inclusive wider school community.
- Work with a wider multi‑professional team to develop therapeutic learning environments focused on positive wellbeing for both students and colleagues.
