Salary: £18,000 – £20,000 + commission, £3,500 car & Petrol allowance

Our client is a long-established, professional estate agency operating in the North London area, covering all aspects of the property industry from Sales and Lettings to Commercial and New Homes. They are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their friendly and energetic New Homes team, priding themselves on staff training, promoting future development and long-term career progression.

If you have previous experience as a Sales Negotiator, are motivated and forward-thinking, and have a love for the property industry, please send your CV to be considered for this fantastic opportunity.

The role will require you to:

  • Drive sales and meet the sales targets
  • Work on-site selling off-plan property
  • Report to the New Homes Sales Manager
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients

  • Proven track record in sales, new homes would be ideal
  • Well-presented
  • Excellent time management
