Your mission is to help ensure our Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud tools are well-maintained, accurate, and easy for teams to use, enabling better campaigns and confident, data-led decisions.

Responsibilities – CRM

  • Champion the team goal of maintaining a secure, clean, accurate, and up-to-date database through data cleansing and encouraging best practices.
  • Contribute to and develop written guidelines, retrieve and prepare data for upload through Data Loader, and manipulate data using Excel tools and functions.
  • Support approximately 60 internal users with day-to-day bespoke services including reporting, creating and editing list views, and maintaining page layouts.
  • Actively participate in projects, owning tasks, critical thinking, and liaising with stakeholders to suggest solutions.
  • Run training sessions for staff on Salesforce basics and advanced functionality, while frequently improving training materials.
  • Use Form Assembly to create and manage forms, ensuring accurate data collection and handling error messages.
  • Utilise Jira to proactively create and track work.
  • Work closely with third-party support providers to progress work.
  • Manage constituents, relationships, and donations within the Salesforce NPSP data model.

Responsibilities – Marketing Cloud

  • Support the use of Marketing Cloud Engagement alongside the CRM team and partner organisations.
  • Manage data extensions, contact segmentation, and audience creation to support targeted campaigns.
  • Ensure data quality and compliance within Marketing Cloud by maintaining accurate subscriber data and supporting GDPR best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate campaign requirements into technical builds.
  • Monitor campaign performance through reports and analytics, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Support integration and data flow between Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud, troubleshooting issues.
  • Contribute to documentation and best practice guidelines for Marketing Cloud usage.
  • Assist with user support and training related to Marketing Cloud functionality.

Experience Required

  • Certified Salesforce Platform Administrator.
  • At least two years of experience working in Salesforce Administration.
  • Experience translating user requirements into technical solutions.

Desirable Experience

  • Non-Profit Success Pack knowledge.
  • FormAssembly, FinDock, Jira, MoveData, Marketing Cloud Engagement.
  • Experience working in the Non-Profit Sector.

Soft Skills

  • Ability to curate and create effective training materials.
  • Effective communication with various stakeholders in both group and one-to-one settings.
