We are currently looking for a Commercial Manager to join us on our Project in Ebbw Vale. For the first 9 months the project team will be based at our Bristol office before moving to site.

The Commercial Manager roleReporting to the Senior Commercial Manager, this project will be based in Bristol until the £250 million Industrial project starts in September at Ebbw Vale on site.
- You will manage a range of commercial aspects including procurement, tendering, contract administration, variations and management of subcontract works packages through to final account.
- You will be keen to minimise risk, cost and maximise value by cost checking and analysis of labour, plant and materials.
- You will have a degree in BSc Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management or equivalent experience/memberships.
- You should have construction industry experience with a main contractor in a similar role.
