Actual Starting Salary: £21,226.20 - £21,563.06 per annum pro rata
33.5 hours per week: Monday – Friday term time only
Start date – ASAP

Our Story: The Bridge Easton School is a complex needs school which opened in Easton, Norfolk in January 2023. The school has been on a growth plan and our final increase is this September. The school provides education for 187 children and young people with severe cognition and learning difficulties, and autism. As a school, we work with our pupils, their families and other professionals within education, health, and care to support our children and young people to have a successful journey through their education.
In addition to the main school, we offer our Base provision where classes offer a bespoke education to children and young people with very high complex needs and autism who require a smaller class environment and often a 1-2-1 staff ratio.
The Bridge Trust: The Bridge Easton is part of a family of schools ran by the Bridge Trust. The Bridge Trust already oversees the work of five special schools, two mainstream primary schools, an outreach service and a training development centre.
We are recruiting for:
- EYFS, Primary and Secondary Teaching Assistants – To support the children’s day to day learning, care and development.
- To support with assessment, recording and reporting on achievement, behaviour for learning, progress and development.
- To work closely with the teacher and support staff within the class team, in line with The Bridge Trust policies and guidance.
