The Breakfast Club is looking for a passionate, kind and enthusiastic Barista / Waiter / Waitress to join us. Free meal and drinks on every shift. 50% discounts on all food and drink for you and up to 3 of your friends. Share of Tronc for every hour worked, 100% of our Tronc goes to our employees, access Tronc as you earn it. Access to your earned wages whenever you need them via Wagestream. You can claim 50% of your wages as you earn them. Los Cincos – with 5 years of service or more you get 5 days extra holiday. The role and You: We’re looking for a Barista / Waiter / Waitress, who believes in the power of people & a person who always believes that today is going to be a good day. You will be passionate and kind and always ensuring that all guests leave having had the best of times. We want you to help your Managers to generate a culture of loyalty, positivity and opportunity whilst recognising the positive impact you can have on someone's day. You will also be actively encouraged to play a role in your local communities through our volunteering program because ‘taking care of people’ is one of life’s greatest skills.
