Join us at The BoTree as we launch an exciting new model of Conscious Luxury where wellbeing, culture and community sit at the heart of a world-class hotel experience. The BoTree Wellness Club will be a social wellness private members club blending wellbeing, culture and meaningful connection within a luxury hotel setting. As we prepare for launch, we are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our pre‑opening team and lead the food and beverage experience within this unique environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading the daily operation of the restaurant within the Wellness Club
- Delivering exceptional service standards
- Creating a warm, engaging atmosphere that supports community and member connection
- Collaborating closely with the kitchen team to deliver a wellbeing‑focused food offering
- Managing, coaching and developing the front‑of‑house team
- Monitoring service standards, guest feedback and performance
- Working closely with Wellness, Membership and Marketing teams to support engagement initiatives
- Maintaining strong relationships with club members and understanding their preferences
About You
- You are a service‑led hospitality leader who thrives in premium restaurants or private members’ club environments and understands how our food and beverage offering can contribute to a broader wellbeing experience.
- 3–5 years’ experience in a luxury restaurant, private members club or hotel dining environment
- Strong leadership experience managing front‑of‑house teams
- A passion for guest experience and personalised service
- A genuine interest in wellbeing, nutrition and mindful hospitality
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Experience in pre‑opening or new concept environments preferred
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends in line with member events
