- Reservations and Groups Agent – Responsibilities
- Handle all individual enquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in line with brand standards.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all reservations in the system, ensuring data accuracy for occupancy forecasts and revenue reporting.
- Liaise with Sales, Front Office, and Revenue teams to coordinate availability, rates, and group requirements.
- Prepare and send booking confirmations, pro‑forma invoices, and deposit schedules, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Monitor payment schedules and follow up on deposits and final balances in line with the hotel’s policies.
- Assist with compiling group itineraries and liaise with relevant departments to ensure all operational aspects are communicated.
- Respond to guest and client queries in a professional, timely, and personalised manner.
- Support in managing OTA and third‑party booking channels, ensuring alignment with internal systems and rate parity.
- Contribute to revenue and occupancy reporting by maintaining accurate records and supporting reservation‑related analysis.

Compensation & Benefits
- Full‑time onsite role: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with Saturday on a rotation basis.
