The Wellness Café at The BoTree is a modern, wellness-led café concept designed to offer nutritious food and beverage options within a premium yet approachable environment. We are seeking energetic, service-focused and passionate Baristas to join our Café Team. Working closely with the Café Manager and wider Wellness and Food and Beverage Teams, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and vibrant café experience for members, guests and visitors. From expertly prepared coffee to warm guest interaction and efficient counter service, you will bring our Wellness Café concept to life.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and serving coffee, speciality beverages and café drinks to brand and presentation standards
  • Delivering welcoming, efficient and professional guest service across all café operations
  • Operating tills and payment systems accurately, including cash handling and card transactions
  • Maintaining cleanliness, organisation and presentation standards across all café and guest-facing areas
  • Working collaboratively with Wellness, Kitchen, Food and Beverage and Hotel Teams to ensure smooth and consistent service delivery

About You

You are friendly, energetic and passionate about hospitality, wellness and guest experience. You enjoy working in fast-paced environments, thrive as part of a team and take pride in delivering consistently high standards.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Previous Barista experience within a café, hospitality or wellness-focused food and beverage environment
  • Strong communication and guest engagement skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and presentation standards
  • Ability to remain calm and professional within a busy service environment
  • A positive, reliable and collaborative approach to teamwork
