Together, we are the backbone of the business, ensuring quality, mitigating risks, and optimising audits, taxes, payroll, invoicing, and credit control.
Step into a pivotal role at the heart of our financial operations! As a Finance Administrator, you will be the linchpin in our communication network, ensuring smooth interactions between clients, suppliers, and our internal teams. Join us in a role where every email and query contribute to our financial accuracy and client satisfaction.
Your Role in Action:
- Recalculating costs for linguists and our clients
- Dealing with inbound e-mails from our Clients relating to time disputes, charges and quality issues
- Maintain effective communication channels with team members and suppliers
- Produce and process client invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Respond in a timely manner to queries and disputes around the invoicing process
- Produce credit notes when required
- Allocate and distribute work to team members
- Complete activities required by clients and internal staff members
- Working on daily, weekly and monthly reports to ensure all costs are correct in the systems for both our clients and linguists
- Working on cancellations, double bookings, out of hours jobs, overlapping jobs, travel policies, and long durations
- Work across systems, on clients globally
- Working on TLW, IMS, IMSD, WordSynk and WordSynk 2.0
- Maintain effective communication channels with team members, suppliers and clients
