Key Requirements- Lived experience of HIV
- Experience of working with people from marginalised communities and people who experience multiple disadvantage
- Solution focused and proactive, with excellent communication skills and an ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, volunteers and other professionals
- Knowledge of the welfare, housing and support services locally
- Working co‑productively with women living with or affected by HIV
- Supporting people with the tools they need to self‑manage
- Ensuring that all services delivered are easy to access, understandable and easy to navigate
- Delivering high quality support, using insight to continuously improve how we work
- Advocacy and liaison with other providers and services
- Working as part of a multi‑disciplinary team to deliver the best outcomes for people living with HIV
- Working in accordance with BHA’s policies and procedures
