- Strong understanding and documenting business processes.

- Proven experience working on data-driven and/or AI-related projects and modern technologies.
- Familiarity with financial services terminology, including FCA requirements.
- Strong strategic Reporting Alignment - BI reports aligned with strategic goals and effectively tracked progress across teams.
- Presenting technical documents to BOARD LEVEL and STAKEHOLDER(S).
