Key Essential Skills:

Overview:
We are looking for an MI Analyst who has core experience working with Tableau desktop (essential) and server (preferable) and SQL experience. The MI analyst will be a self-starter, will have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working directly with stakeholders. The MI analyst will be solely assigned to the London Market MI team working on BAU tickets raised by functional teams for a short 6 month engagement.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Support the MI Team Lead in constructing a backlog and roadmap (user stories/technical requirements).
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to extract and analyse data from various databases.
- Facilitate internal and external stakeholder workshops, building a valuable relationship with our end-user community.
- Be an integral part of the squad and drive the delivery of Tableau Reports.
- Build Dashboards according to both Visualisation and Tableau Best Practices.
- Be an advocate of data visualisation and have a detailed understanding of Visualisation best practice.
- Consume and understand complex specifications and turn these into valuable product driven outputs.
- Analyse issues with reports and data discrepancies to drive root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with engineers, testers, and other team members to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
