An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as a Receptionist and Attendance Assistant, playing a key role at the heart of our school community.

Your opportunity
This role offers the chance to become the welcoming first point of contact for our school community, providing a professional and friendly reception experience for parents, visitors, and students. You will play a key part in ensuring the school office runs smoothly and efficiently, supporting the day‐to‐day needs of staff and families. With responsibility for delivering high‐quality administrative support and contributing to student welfare, you will help create an organised, caring, and responsive environment. In addition, you will take ownership of accurate attendance management, including completing attendance data analysis that supports the school’s wider safeguarding and pastoral priorities. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a positive impact at the heart of our school.
What we are looking for

The Details

- Salary: Associate 2.1 - 2.10 £23,914 - £24,452
- Actual Salary: £20,573.07 - £21,035.91
- Hours: 36hrs a week - Monday to Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm (term time 39 weeks per year)
- Contract Type: Permanent
