With a busy and exciting programme of festive performances ahead, Theatre Royal Plymouth (TRP) is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Seasonal Hospitality Assistants to join our Catering, Events & Retail team during one of our most vibrant periods of the year.
As a Seasonal Hospitality Assistant, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our audiences. Working across our retail outlets, you will provide outstanding customer service while serving refreshments, barista-style drinks, food, merchandise and confectionery.

- Reliability, punctuality and a flexible approach to working hours.

- Confidence handling transactions and using tills or point-of-sale systems (desirable).
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, catering, customer service or a similar customer-facing role (desirable but not essential).
- An interest in theatre, live events or the arts (desirable).
- A commitment to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for all customers.
- No formal qualifications are required. Full training will be provided. A Food Hygiene Certificate would be advantageous but is not essential.
