You should have fresh experience of Producing / General Managing / Project Managing smaller-scale touring Theatre in the UK.
Applicant will be expected to enjoy the experience of working with the Director of a smaller scale, biographical play; working in harmony with the Writer of the play; and executing the role of supportive Producer/ General Manager to the Director and the Leading actor and the Cast of 4 performers + the Company Stage Manager - to bring their producing talents to bear on raising financial interest, to confirming the booking of local theatres of around 100+ seats, enabling touring logistics and assisting in the payroll functions applicable to a small touring production of a newly minted, carefully crafted, tried-and-tested biographical play about an extraordinary 'man of the theatre'.
The position will be a contracted role for the 'run of the production' from pre-production to completion of post-production responsibilities for a touring production - commencing in early Autumn this year 2026.
