Essential Experience
- Theatrical experience in Stage Management.
- Proven experience of working in a producing theatre.
- Working knowledge of union agreements (Equity, MU, BECTU) and their wider implications in the production process.
- Demonstrable time management and organisational skills.
- Where the role requires, a willingness to undertake a DBS check at the appropriate level.
- Experience of working unsupervised, using your own initiative.
Essential Skills
- Strong collaborative skills and used to working with a wide range of creative/production collaborators within a busy producing environment.
- You should be a confident, friendly, pro-active individual with excellent people skills and have a strong track record of working to agreed timescales.
- The ability to work simultaneously across several tasks, with the ability to effectively prioritise your workload.
- Computer literate and confident with Microsoft Office.
- Numerate and literate.
- You should be an excellent problem solver with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Desirable Experience/Skills
- A full, clean driving license.
- Experience of being on the Book (show calling)
- Fluent in the Welsh language.
- Experience of working alongside Creative Engagement teams and community outreach projects.
- First Aid qualification.
