Women’s First Team , working closely with the Head Coach, technical staff and wider multidisciplinary team.

The Role

The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of the Women’s First Team analysis programme, combining training and match analysis, player development, video feedback and performance data .

This is a hands-on First Team role requiring strong technical and tactical football knowledge alongside the ability to deliver clear, impactful analysis to players and coaches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the

Women’s First Team Performance Analysis programme .

  • Work closely with the Head Coach and technical team to shape and deliver analysis provision.
  • Film and analyse First Team training and matches.
  • Travel to home and away fixtures.
  • Deliver team and individual analysis sessions.
  • Support the development and implementation of

Individual Development Plans (IDPs) .

  • Produce team-focused statistical reports.
  • Develop individual player metrics from match performance.
  • Build and maintain a library of best‑practice examples from training and competition.
  • Support Goalkeeper training capture and analysis.
  • Work collaboratively as part of the wider multidisciplinary team.
  • Maintain current, industry‑leading knowledge through continued professional development.
  • What They’re Looking For

Applicants should have

  • Previous experience working at

First Team level within an elite sporting environment .

  • Detailed technical and tactical understanding of football.
  • A postgraduate degree in Performance Analysis or a relevant discipline .
  • High‑level proficiency with

Hudl Sportscode and Hudl Studio .

  • Experience leading and delivering analysis sessions to players and staff.
  • Experience filming matches and training using different capture systems.

UEFA C Licence or higher .

  • Previous experience leading a Performance Analysis programme.
  • SBG Match Tracker.
  • Piero.
  • Tableau and performance‑data reporting.
  • Experience conducting longitudinal research projects.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
