- Recruitment Analyst to join their
Scouting & Recruitment team , supporting the identification, assessment and monitoring of elite players across global markets.
This role combines video analysis, performance data and scouting intelligence , translating multiple sources of information into clear, actionable insights that support recruitment decisions and the club's long-term talent strategy.
The Role
Recruitment Analyst , you'll work closely with scouting and recruitment stakeholders to identify and assess prospective players, create detailed player dossiers and deliver high-quality video and data analysis.
You'll play an important role in maintaining recruitment shortlists, evaluating players against positional profiles and ensuring senior stakeholders have the evidence required to make informed recruitment decisions.
- Player Identification & Assessment
- Support the identification, monitoring and assessment of prospective players across global markets.
- Produce comprehensive player dossiers, scouting reports and recruitment assessments.
- Manage recruitment shortlists using position-specific and regional intelligence.
- Analyse player development, positional and recruitment trends.
- Video & Data Analysis
- Create high-quality player video packages using professional telestration tools.
- Integrate technical and tactical data, physical metrics and scouting observations.
- Translate complex performance information into clear recruitment recommendations.
- Produce engaging presentations for key stakeholders.
- Collaborate across the Scouting & Recruitment department on strategic projects.
- Maintain accurate and accessible recruitment information.
- Support consistent player evaluation and evidence-based decision-making.
- Ensure all work complies with established recruitment processes and governance.
Applicants should demonstrate
- Experience in
Performance Analysis, Recruitment Analysis or a similar football analytical role.
- Degree in Sports Analysis, Sport Science or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of
Piero and/or Hudl Studio .
- Experience interpreting performance data and translating findings into recruitment recommendations.
- Excellent report writing, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Outstanding understanding of football, player development and recruitment processes.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to operate effectively within a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
