PURPOSE
To drive the continuous development of the Insight 360 data platform across the International Women’s Pathway and the Women’s County game, working collaboratively with the project team to deliver impactful solutions that enhance performance and drive evidence based decision-making.

ABOUT OUR PROJECT
Insight 360 is an innovative data platform developed to enhance and optimise support for elite female cricketers across England and Wales. The platform exists to collate, analyse and democratise data to develop impactful insight informing player facing interventions.
YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB IF

YOU’LL BE DOING
- Collaborate with the Insight 360 project team to shape and broaden the impact of the Insight 360.
- Cross departmental engagement to capture specific performance user cases and translate them into actionable outcomes.
- Deliver engaging and impactful training and support for staff within the England Women’s Pathway and Domestic teams, ensuring confidence and effective utilisation of the platform.
- Work with the project group to identify, prioritise, and complete deliverables in alignment with the wider project plan.
- Provide responsive troubleshooting and query support for practitioners across the International Pathway and Domestic teams.
- Champion and promote the platform through internal and external events, including conferences and CPD sessions.
YOU’LL HAVE
- The ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and deliver against agreed priorities.
- The ability and dynamism to utilise technology and software solutions to optimise data use – especially Power BI.
- Experience in working impactfully with others across several performance functions.
- An understanding of headline Sport Science & Medicine and Performance Cricket Data within a sports environment.
- The ability to prioritise and manage projects to a conclusion.
