Position: Women’s Recruitment Manager – Charlton Athletic FC.

Location: Charlton, South‑East London – Full time, weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate domestic and international talent across first team, academy and development squads.
  • Lead live and video‑based scouting processes to assess player performance, potential, character and tactical fit.
  • Build and manage shortlists aligned with positional needs and squad planning.
  • Ensure scouting reports are consistent, detailed and actionable.
  • Maintain a centralised recruitment database.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Women’s Football, Head Coach and technical staff on squad planning and recruitment strategies.

  • Monitor contract statuses, age profiles, market trends.
