London City Lionesses are seeking a highly motivated U21 Second Assistant Coach-Analyst to support the delivery of an innovative, player-centred learning environment within the Academy programme.

Working closely with the Academy Director and coaching staff, the successful candidate will contribute across coaching, player development, talent ID and performance analysis, helping develop creative, adaptable and autonomous players aligned with the club’s football identity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the design and delivery of the U21 coaching programme
  • Lead team, individual and opposition analysis processes
  • Use video and analysis to support player development and learning
  • Maintain player libraries and support recruitment/talent ID processes
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of the club’s methodology and playing identity
  • Work collaboratively with technical and performance staff across the Academy
Essential Requirements
  • UEFA B Licence
  • FA Advanced Youth Award
  • Strong experience in coaching and performance analysis
  • Experience coding matches and delivering video feedback
  • Strong understanding of player development and game-based learning
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Desirable
  • Performance Analysis qualification or degree
  • Experience in women’s football or girls’ academy environments
