Tottenham Hotspur is seeking a Regional Academy Recruitment Lead to oversee talent identification across the Northwest region. The role will focus on identifying, tracking, and recommending high-potential U13–U18 players for the Academy, while contributing to the Club’s wider national recruitment strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Academy talent identification across the Northwest region.
  • Assess and track high-potential U13–U18 players through live and video scouting.
  • Produce detailed scouting reports and maintain accurate player intelligence records.
  • Support national recruitment planning, including target lists, succession plans, and squad reviews.
  • Coordinate regional scouting coverage to ensure full monitoring of competitions and emerging talent pools.
  • Collaborate with national recruitment staff and regional leads to share intelligence across the UK & Ireland.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Premier League, EFL, and EPPP regulations.
  • Represent Tottenham Hotspur professionally with clubs, agents, and key football stakeholders.
  • Uphold safeguarding standards in all aspects of the role.

Skills & Experience

  • Significant experience in academy recruitment and youth talent identification, ideally within the Northwest region.
  • Strong knowledge of youth player profiling across U13–U18 age groups.
  • Understanding of Premier League Academy rules and EPPP standards.
  • Experience using scouting platforms such as Hudl and Eyeball.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • FA Talent ID Level 3 (or currently working towards).
