The Role
Organise the capture, management and analysis of First Team training, in line with the technical, tactical and physical objectives as defined by coaches. Create specific video and data analysis for First Team Goalkeepers and lead the pre‑ and post‑match delivery. As part of a team, meet all analysis needs of the First team by aiding the preparation of pre‑ and post‑match workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate within the analysis team to deliver a best‑in‑class service to First Team staff and players, in accordance with training and games schedule.
- Lead the management and capture of all training footage, including use of IP cameras and drones.
- Produce and present specific analysis of First Team Goalkeepers linked to their individual development plans and upcoming opposition behaviours.
- Liaise with First Team Goalkeeper Coaches to deliver analysis content in a post‑match setting.
- Create a training session library to establish principles related to Coaching methodology.
- Create a training session library and maintain databases to share content in support of team and individual development plans.
- Produce a training highlights video to form a weekly, monthly and seasonal diary and present highlights to facilitate the feedback process to the players.
- Aid the preparation phase of pre‑ and post‑match workflows, resourcing and organising content to be shared with First Team analysts and coaching staff.
- Attend home match days as required to assist the capture, editing and coding of First Team match footage.
- Embrace and learn new technologies to maintain the highest standards of analysis and push the boundaries of methodology.
- Help to manage all First Team Analysis working spaces, ensuring reliability of all hardware and software.
- Attend Performance Analysis department meetings and in‑service events when required.
What you will bring

- Competency operating relevant technologies (Hudl & Catapult) and data sets (StatsBomb & Second Spectrum).
- Experience using Telestration software.
- Excellent written and creative presentation skills.
- Proficient using both Mac and Windows.
- Related Sports Science, Analysis or Coaching degree.
