Crystal Palace FC Women are seeking an experienced
First Team Performance Analyst to join their Women's First Team performance department.
Working closely with the First Team Manager and coaching staff, you’ll deliver high-quality pre-match, live, and post-match analysis that supports tactical preparation, player development, and matchday decision‑making.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a Premier League club environment, helping drive performance through video, data, and collaborative analysis.
- Match & Opposition Analysis
- Deliver comprehensive pre-match, live, and post‑match analysis for coaches and players.
- Produce tactical presentations combining video and statistical insights.
- Prepare opposition analysis, individual player clips, and set‑piece resources.
- Create match preparation booklets to support coaching staff.
- Matchday Support
- Film and code all First Team matches and training sessions.
- Attend all home and away fixtures, providing live analytical support.
- Deliver pre‑match briefings, half‑time insights, and post‑match reviews.
- Produce post‑match video and data reports within agreed deadlines.
- Player Development
- Support team performance evaluations through objective video and data analysis.
- Lead long‑term analysis projects to identify trends and performance improvements.
- Build strong working relationships with the Women's First Team coaching staff.
- Support other departments in the effective use of analysis tools and technologies.
- Contribute to raising performance analysis standards across the club.
- Uphold Crystal Palace FC’s values and policies relating to safeguarding, health & safety, and equality.
- Minimum
2 years' full‑time experience in performance analysis within professional football.
- Strong tactical and technical understanding of elite football.
