Glasgow Warriors are seeking a driven Performance Analyst to deliver best‑class analysis support within a high‑performance professional rugby environment. Working closely with coaches and players, you will play a key role in delivering applied analysis across training, matchdays, and opposition preparation to support performance and decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver pre, live and post‑match analysis to coaching staff
- Lead analysis provision at training sessions
- Produce detailed opposition analysis using video and data
- Create high‑quality presentations (Sportscode, Tableau, Excel, Hudl Studio)
- Manage and maintain all video/data archives
- Support innovation, research and continuous improvement within the analysis function
Development & Collaboration
- Work within a multi‑disciplinary team across high performance departments
- Support and mentor interns/contractors
- Educate coaches and players on analysis tools and insights
- Collaborate with national team analysts and external stakeholders
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in performance analysis within professional sport
- Strong knowledge of rugby union (playing/refereeing advantageous)
- Proficiency in Hudl Sportscode, Studio, Tableau/Power BI, Excel
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment
