Derry City FC are seeking a Head of Player Recruitment to lead the club’s recruitment strategy across First Team and Academy football. The successful candidate will combine traditional scouting expertise with modern data analytics and video scouting to identify, evaluate, and recruit players aligned with the club’s philosophy, playing style, and long‑term ambitions.

Key Responsibilities
