This is an exciting opportunity for passionate cricket enthusiasts to work at professional domestic fixtures, collecting official ball‑by‑ball scoring and performance data that powers broadcasts, professional teams and analytics products used throughout the game.
The Role
As a
Cricket Data Collector , you'll attend county cricket fixtures and accurately record live scoring and performance data throughout each match.
Working as part of Cric Viz's official data operation, you'll help capture the information that underpins elite performance analysis, media coverage and sports analytics across domestic men's and women's cricket.
- Live Match Data Collection
- Arrive at the venue before the toss or start of play.
• Collect accurate ball‑by‑ball scoring data, including
- Runs
- Wickets
- Extras
- Record detailed batting, bowling and fielding performance data.
- Quality Assurance
- Check and validate data accuracy following each fixture.
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail throughout play.
Applicants should demonstrate

Laws of Cricket .

40-60 matchdays across the remainder of the 2026 season.
