The Purpose:
The Academy Assistant Performance Analyst position is designed to support the development of players and coaches by providing high-quality performance analysis across all academy age groups.
The Role:
- Film training sessions and matches across multiple sites and age groups
- Code and analyse training and match footage using provided mark-ups
- Upload and manage footage on both internal servers and online platforms
- Maintain an organised archive of completed work
- Assist in identifying opposition and tactical trends
- Provide ad-hoc support to full-time performance analysis staff
- Commit to working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and occasional long shifts, in line with the demands of the role
