This is an exciting opportunity to shape the club's recruitment strategy by identifying elite talent, developing global scouting networks and delivering high-quality market intelligence that supports player recruitment and long-term squad planning.

The Role

Reporting into the Women's recruitment structure, you'll lead the club's scouting and intelligence provision across the Women's and Girls' pathway.

Working across domestic and international markets, you'll coordinate player identification, build trusted industry networks, manage recruitment intelligence and produce detailed player dossiers that support evidence-based recruitment decisions.

The role requires regular attendance at live fixtures, recruitment meetings and key football events.

  • Talent Identification
  • Lead player identification for the Women's First Team and Girls' Academy (U16+).
  • Build and maintain extensive domestic and international scouting networks.
  • Identify emerging talent across strategic recruitment markets.
  • Maintain comprehensive player watchlists and succession plans.
  • Gather, analyse and manage market intelligence.
  • Produce detailed player dossiers and recruitment reports.
  • Ensure player information remains accurate, current and accessible.
  • Support recruitment decision-making through objective football intelligence.
  • Coordinate communication between internal and external recruitment staff.
  • Ensure consistent player coverage across the recruitment department.
  • Contribute to strategic recruitment planning and talent acquisition.
