Blackburn Rovers FC in Blackburn is seeking an experienced First Team Lead Tactical Analyst to lead and manage the club’s tactical analysis provision.
Reporting to the Head of Technical Development, you will combine video, analytics and coaching insights to support match preparation.
You will oversee the Performance Analysis department across First Team, U21 and Academy, drive game-model development and contribute to research, with travel to fixtures and a DBS/safeguarding commitment.
