The V&A’s Marketing Department is responsible for building the V&A brand and nurturing audience relationships across the UK and globally. With a fully integrated approach to all aspects of marketing, insight and audience engagement, the team leads the V&A’s high-profile cross-channel marketing campaigns and partnerships, as well as CRM, visitor acquisition and retention for the V&A’s family of sites.

This role will be an integral part of the Commercial Marketing team with a focus on delivering campaigns for the V&A’s commercial offer, which includes retail, publishing, and V&A Academy. These revenue-generating areas help to fund our program and collections, with 100% of profits returned to the V&A.

Working closely with the Commercial Marketing Manager, you will be involved in the ideation and delivery of marketing campaigns designed to grow our commercial offer. You will support the growth of a range of products including V&A Retail, V&A Academy, and V&A Publishing, collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure the seamless development and execution of promotional assets and activities across organic and paid channels.
