Our client, an art advisory, is seeking an Italian and French-speaking Executive Assistant to join their team in London. The successful candidate will support the Director and advisory team to ensure the smooth running of the office.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating the Director’s professional and personal schedule and travel arrangements
  • General office maintenance
  • Assistance with correspondence and responding to requests and invitations
  • Oversight of day-to-day financial management and bookkeeping
  • Support of the Director’s home administration
  • Ad-hoc errands, among other duties

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and diary management skills, a personable manner, and the ability to take initiative and work autonomously. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience as an EA and a high level of written and spoken English, Italian, and French.
